5/8” reclaimed French honed marble floors installed over a reconditioned subfloor, owner curated butcher block centerpieces all pointing towards a refaced fireplace and hearth that was retrofitted with ventilation and gas to serve the new Viking range and hood. All electric, HVAC & water was consolidated and hidden inside custom built chases along the ceiling that blended with the original floor joists of the main floor.
Historic Restoration & Preservation
With a background rooted in historic restoration, Jeffrey is a former member of the Pinellas County Historic Preservation Board and has collaborated with the Newport Preservation Society on projects in Newport, as well as serving as a principal investor and G.C on a North Carolina re-development project situated in Downtown Sanford’s Main Street program with a registered historic building that currently now serves as a premier coffee roaster and cafe. Working closely with owners and architects, his approach is centered on honoring the past while presenting a long-lasting future—preserving character while thoughtfully integrating modern function.
